At Sumners we pride ourselves on the level of client care we provide.
On the technical front we have engineering and technical teams who provide essential support and services for whatever stage your project is at, ensuring that everything runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Our teams are on hand to give technical advice before and during your booking and have extensive experience in dealing with the most complex of workflows.
Each of our suites provides plug in points for laptops, wireless internet access, bookable PC’s to ensure you can be as accessible and contactable as much or as little as you want to be.
Breakfast, lunch and evening meals are all taken care of at Sumners. Breakfast is served from 8am with a selection of cereals, brown and white toast, coffee, teas and juices. Now a well-established tradition, the Sumners’ Cake Trolley, heaving with freshly baked cakes, pastries and scones, makes its way around our three floors each morning and afternoon.
We’ll collect your lunch orders from you mid-morning, so you don’t waste time sourcing a sandwich. If you are working evenings or overnight, we’ll deliver your preferred meal from a number of local restaurants. And as for drinks, you’re never more than a couple of minutes away from a tea, coffee or a soft drink – just call our Drinks Hotline at any time. Breakfast, drinks and our cakes are all provided free of charge.
Our Front of House team is always on hand to look after your needs during your stay at the facility, coordinating between our teams of Facility Assistants and Post Production Supervisors.
