Always in demand and constantly busy, Sumners’ audio department are multiple award winners.

Tony and his dedicated team have a mix of knowledgable experience and youthful, emerging talent.

From full 5.1 dolby mixes to the most subtle spot effect, they’ve got it all covered.

Head of Sound. In addition to overseeing the audio output of Sumners, Tony is also a senior dubbing mixer. Under Tony’s guidance the audio department has gone from strength to strength over the past 10 years.

Senior Dubbing Mixer. Ashley is another of Sumners home grown talents with many high profile documentary and drama credits. Ashley is now instrumental in helping our new breed of audio trainees follow in her path.

Senior Dubbing Mixer. Richard joined Sumners from ITV Yorkshire where he held a similar position. Richard has a high quality CV, having mixed many high profile broadcast projects.

Dubbing Mixer. Lindsey, a previous ‘Best Newcomer’ award winner at the national audio ‘Conch Awards’ is in demand from a number of our regular broadcast clients – Lindsey demonstrates a high level of dedication to her craft.

Dubbing Editor. Trained as a video editor with Sumners, Heidi is now Sumners leading staff dubbing editor. Heidi has been key to the success of Sumners facilitating the Drama genre - working on several large scale drama projects.

Asst. Dubbing Editor. Emily is also a recent Conch Awards ‘best newcomer’ winner. She is currently a dubbing assistant, perfoming many varied tasks within the dubbing department. Emily is following in the footsteps of Ashley and Lindsey.

Asst. Dubbing Editor. Dan is currently a dubbing assistant performing many varied tasks within the department, including media management and theatre preparation. Dan is training under the guidance of Tony Greenwood.

Asst. Dubbing Editor. Gemma is the newest member of the audio department. She has been the assistant dubbing mixer on the BBC’s acclaimed drama Waterloo Road and has now become a highly valued member of the team.
